Our demands on the display backlight are high: It
should function without any quality loss even at temperatures below 0°C/32°F.
The user should not have to be concerned with high-voltage cables (we do
not have these!) and the power consumption should be optimized, to
ensure a correct heat balance within the device.
These high demands are satisfied by i-sft
through the development of all major components such as CCFLs,
inverters, light guides, and reflectors. All of i-sft‘s
components are produced in-house in order to protect the knowledge and
to guarantee expertly designed products of the highest quality.
